It’s a small city located in UT of Daman and Diu and is sandwiched between states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.
The river Daman Ganga divides the city into Nani Daman and Moti Daman. Since it was once ruled by Portuguese and was settled as a Portuguese colony, one can see influence of it in forts and church built in Portuguese style.

One Day Trip to Daman

• We will move by train for Vapi ( Mumbai Central 6.20 am,  Borivali 6.43 am)
• Reach Vapi by 8.10 am & have breakfast 
• Reach Daman by 9.30 am and explore the beach Promenade.
• Visit Moti Daman and Nani Daman Forts and ruins of Dominican Monastery.
• We will have lunch in Daman.
• After rest of the sightseeing, we will start for Vapi by 5.00 pm depending on our return train.
• Reach Vapi station & take train back to Mumbai ( Vande Bharat at 6.15 pm/ Shatabdi at 7.23 pm)
• We will reach between 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
