This city is indeed a treat for the heritage & architecture buffs.

Ahmedabad has many places that are rarely explored and we will be taking you to some of these hidden gems in this tour.We will walk you through History and you will be mesmerized to find the fine examples of Architecture.

Adalaj is famous for its five stories deep Stepwell which is intricately carved & built in sandstone. Stepwells like Adalaj were once integral to semi-arid regions of Gujarat as they provided water for drinking, washing & bathing.

Rani Ki Vav is again an intricately carved stepwell in Patan which is 130 Kms from Ahmedabad. It is declared as UNESCO’S world heritage Site in 2014.

Modhera Sun Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to solar deity Surya situated on the banks of Pushpavati River. After Konark, this is prominent sun temple in India. 

Apart from these 3 major places, we would be doing a full day excursion tour in Ahmedabad City on Day 2 exploring Various Mosques, Sabarmati Ashram & Temples.

Ahmedabad Heritage Tour

Day 1, 17th January ,Saturday:

Board Train for Ahmedabad from Mumbai between 6.00 am to 6.30 am.
Reach Ahmedabad Railway Station between 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Check-in at hotel & freshen up.
Proceed for local sightseeing of Ahmedabad.

Come back to hotel by late evening.

Night stay at Ahmedabad.

Day 2, 18th January ,Sunday:

 Post Breakfast, We will move towards Adalaj Stepwell.
Then proceed towards Patan to explore the Famous Rani Ki Vav. After a quick visit to Patola House, We will have lunch in Patan.
Then we will be heading to Modhera sun Temple. We will head back to Ahmedabad.

Night stay at Ahmedabad.

Day 3, 19th January, Monday: 

Post Breakfast, checkout from the Hotel.
Proceed for half day local sightseeing of Ahmedabad.

Post lunch, move towards Ahmedabad Railway Station by 2.00 pm to board Train for Mumbai.
Reach Mumbai by 8.30 am-9.30 pm.
