Murdeshwar is a town in bhatkal Taluk of North Karnataka lying on the coast of Arabian sea & is famous for the world’s second largest Shiva Statue. Murdeshwar temple is another famous attraction here. The lord shiva is called Murdeshwar & that’s how the town got its name. The Temple has 20 Stories Gopura called Raja Gopura.

Mirjan fort known for its architectural elegance was the location of several battles in the past. The fort is located on the banks of Agnashini River in Mirjan Village & was built in 16th Century.

We would be visiting Madhukeshwara (Banavasi) temple which is a 9^th century marvel and Sahastralinga which is in the river Shamala and is famous for around thousand lingas carved on the rocks in the river and on its banks.

Thursday, Day 0:

Board Train for from LTT at 03.10 p.m.

Friday, Day 1:

Reach Gokarna/Kumta between 4.00 am to 5.00 am & freshen up at nearby hotel.
(We will book a nearby hotel for just freshening up for 1-2 Hrs. One room will be allotted to 4 people.) 
Move towards Gokarna Temple.
After Darshan, proceed towards Mirjan Fort.

Later on visit the Banavasi and Marikamba Temples in Sirsi.
Then we will check in into our Homestay at Sirsi.

Night stay at Sirsi Homestay.
(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Saturday, Day 2:

After breakfast, we will check out and move towards Jog Falls.
Reach Jog Falls & explore the Place.

Proceed to Honnavar for check-in at stay.
After freshening up, proceed to visit Murudeshwar Temple & explore surrounding Temple complex. 

Night Stay at Honnavar  Hotel/Guest House/Homestay
(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Sunday, Day 3:

Post breakfast, Check out from hotel and proceed for sightseeing.
Visit places in Honnavar (Idgunjee Temple, Apsarakonda Falla, Mangroves Boardwalk).

After lunch, we will reach Honnavar/Murudeshwar Railway Station to take Train back to Mumbai by 3.00 p.m.

Monday, Day 4:

Reach Mumbai between 6.00 am to 6.30 a.m.

Notes:
> Hotel rooms arrangements for 2 hours will be done by tour leader depending upon the group size and requirements. One room to be shared by 4 people.
>  Visit to Yana Caves is optional & subject to time availabilty. In case of heavy rains, Yana Caves will have to be skipped.
