Chamapner-Pavagadh Archaeological park is a UNESCO world heritage site (2004), located in Panchmahal district, Vadodara, Gujarat.

This park holds a lot of historical as well as mythological significance in itself & comprises of umpteen numbers of splendid architectural wonders consisting of both Hindu & Islamic styles of design. Also it s said that the hill of Pavagadh is believed to be a chunk of the Himalayas that was originally carried by Hanuman to Lanka in the Ramayana epic.

Champaner city is remarkably well-preserved, with Hindu and Jain temples a thousand years old, mosques from the time of the Gujarat Sultanate, and the whole workings of a well-planned capital city still in evidence, from granaries and fortifications to step wells and cemeteries.

Along with Champaner, we would be visiting Statue of Unity which is World’s tallest statue (182 metres/597 ft.) of iconic leader Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel located near Sardar Sarovar Dam in Gujarat. This statue is located on a river island called Sadhu bet.

Board Train for Vadodara from Mumbai at 11.40 p.m.

Day 1, 5^th Oct,Saturday : Drive Vadodara-Statue of Unity

Reach Vadodara Station by 6.00 am.
We will freshen up and after breakfast, Leave for exploring the Laxmi Vilas Palace in Vadodara.
Then we will Head to Statue of Unity. Lunch Enroute.
We will explore the place and in the evening, enjoy light and sound show.
Come back to Varodara and reach our hotel post dinner.

Day 2, 6^th Oct, Sunday: Full day excursion Tour to Champaner- Pavagadh

Post Breakfast, checkout from the Hotel. We will be exploring Vadodara today.
Major Points to be covered in Champaner & Pavagad :Pavagad Mahakali Temple,Jama Masjid, Kevda Masjid, Sheher ki Masjid, Saat Kaman, Nagina Masjid & various other places
Some free time for shopping in evening.

Move towards Vadodara Railway Station to catch a train back to Mumbai
