Are you looking for some Himalayan Getaway? Do you want to wakeup & witness sunrise & sunsets amidst the mountains? Do you want to go away from hustle bustle of City life & spend some peaceful time in Himalayan Villages which are untouched & unspoiled?
Then our escapade to Himachal is all what you need.
In this trip we would be exploring some hidden Gems of Himachal namely Jalori Pass, Serlosar Lake & Parashar Lake.
Jalori Pass is a high altitude pass (10,800 ft.) in Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh & it connects Kullu & Shimla districts. Perhaps one would recognise it better as the snow-covered summit in the Bollywood film “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani”, where actors Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone are seen trekking through the mountainside. With scenic views of the snow-capped Himalayan landscape & the fresh mountain air to surround you, the hike through Jalori Pass has much to offer with exquisite flowers, birds & the environment for a surreal experience.
Serolsar Lake is situated at High Altitude in the district Kullu. It is about (10,171ft) above the sea level. This lake is covered by two dense forests between Jaloda & Kansar. The climate here offers you suitable environment & pleasant place for trekking.
We would also be visiting Parashar Lake which lies 49 km north of Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India, with a three storied pagoda-like temple dedicated to the sage Prashar. The Altitude is 9000 ft. above sea Level. The lake is held sacred to the sage Prashar & he is regarded to have meditated there. The temple was built in the 13th century & as per the, it was built by a baby from a single tree.
Also Kasol & Tosh are other two hippie villages that we would be exploring in this trip.
